14/11/2008 | A Blayney Junior Sports Award of $800 was presented by Mayor bruce Kingham on Monday night to members of the Male and Female Volley ball teams from Blayney High School who are competing at the Australian Championships in Melbourne in December.
14/11/2008 | Tallwood Hall Committee is organizing its popular annual Christmas picnic for Sunday December 14. Situated near Browns Creek north-east of Blayney, Tallwood village used to have its own school until it was closed due to dwindling enrolments in 1972.
14/11/2008 | Drink driving arrests Police from Blayney were patrolling in township of Lyndhurst about 11.05pm on Saturday 8 November 2008. A vehicle was stopped for subjecting the driver to a random breath test. The driver failed the roadside breath test and taken to Blayney Police Station where he provided a breath analysis reading of 0.140.
