60 swimming pools over the slipway at Lake Rowlands

Lake Rowlands has so much water coming into its catchment that over 60 mega litres are flowing over the slipway everyday. Moreover, Central Tablelands Water is selling a further 1.6 mega litres to Cadia Valley Operations. This deal is providing Central Tablelands Water with a huge financial windfall.

Local fans of the under 10 Jaguars are hot under the collar at the size of the photograph the Blayney Chronicle used to show their comprehensive win of many of the perpetual trophies team members were awarded at the end of the season. We agree and to make amends here is the photo as it should be - back page and in colour. Go the Jaguars.

Blayney Ladies Golf Just a couple of weeks have elapsed since Colleen Davis caused the handicapper to take firm action. It seems this could happen again at any time. Lots of practice and natural talent have resulted in Colleen being a real force to be reckoned with on the golf course. Colleen won round five of the stableford competition with a score of 42 points.
